Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide through our contact and Sell My Boat forms so we can respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential brokerage relationship. Boat photos and documents are stored privately outside the public web directory.
Spam prevention and hCaptcha
Forms use server-side filtering, rate limits, a honeypot, and may use hCaptcha. Rejected content is not stored or emailed; non-reversible email and IP hashes may be retained to prevent repeat abuse.
Retention and security
Valid inquiries are stored in a private database and automatically archived after 30 days. Administrative data, uploads, configuration, and the database remain outside the public web directory.
